Tag Archives: Parra Does Aubrey Huff Impression in LF

I’m blaming the loss on signs like this.

Their other sign said "We Want Hinshaw!"

The home run by Goldschlager was his fist as a big leaguer. I didn’t like that he takes no stride and has all that power without inertia. That’s sickening. Goldschlager also has good range at 1B, which looks all that much better compared to ARBYS HUFT.

Ram-Ram got hosed on that walk but the homer is all on him. I joked about Boch warming up Romo to bring him in while we were behind, but maybe he comes in and frisbees three K’s while Ram-Ram gives up a tough walk and the homer. I hate you, Upton. You are a great fielder and a great hitter.

Daniel Zarchy of GiantsPod insists that A. Boch knows what a LOOGY is, and B. Lopez is more than a LOOGY. Well, I SAY TONIGHT IS INDICATION TO WRITE ALL PREVIOUS STATS OFF AND MAKE A HARSH JUDGMENT. Or something.

Parra is hilarious to watch in LF at AT&T Park. That is all, on that note.

Notice how all I’m talking about are the Giants pitchers and Dbacks hitters?

That’s because the Giants offense doesn’t exist. The usual suspects are getting on base (Keppinger, Pablo, Beltran) and the rest of the lineup is failing them.

I was highly impressed with Aubrey Huff deciding to hit one back to Hudson, because if he had gone 4-3 he would have actually scored the run from third. He makes productive outs, though they are productive for opposing teams only.

Also, as I write this I see that TrippingOlney had the exact same idea I did. Damn it.

This is what I did during the bottom half of every inning, because it was so exciting and I had to contain myself somehow:

Taking a deep breath yo

I hope Keppinger is okay after Parra went ankle-hunting just a lil’ bit.

I don’t care that there are two outs left. This game is over.
